Marian Magiera

Druhou část kurzů po Karlu Mňukovi převezme výuku Marian Magiera, specialista na historické trubky.

Narodil se v roce 1975, v letech 1996–2000 studoval Hudební akademii v Katovicích u prof. Stanisław Dziewior. Od roku 2000 až dodnes působí u Capelly Cracoviensis v Krakově jako první trumpetista.

Již během studií se zaměřil na starou hudbu, historické nástroje a historickou interpretační praxi. V roce 2010 začal rozšiřovat své zájmy od téměř výhradně barokní /přírodní trubky o další nástroje od renesance přes pozdní romantismus do 20. století – cink, klapková trubka, kornet, romantická trubka. Na tyto nástroje koncertuje jako orchestrální hráč i jako sólista. Spolupracuje s mnoha orchestry v Polsku i zahraničí: Capella Cracovienis (Polsko), MusicAeterna (Rusko), Parlement de Musique (Francie), Wrocław Baroque Orchestra (Polsko), I Barocchisti (Švýcarsko), Warsaw Chamber Opera (Polsko), Koelner Akademie (Německo), Orkiestra Historyczna {oh!} (Polsko), Concerto Grosso (Německo), Czech Baroque Ensemble (ČR) a mnoho dalších.


Marian Magiera – historical trumpets (natural trumpet, baroque trumpet, invention trumpet, keyed trumpet and romantic trumpet)

He was born in 1975, in the years 1996–2000 he studied the Music Academy in Katowice in the class of prof. Stanisław Dziewior. In 2000, he began working in the Capella Cracoviensis orchestra in Krakow as the first trumpeter-soloist, he still works in this position.

Already during his studies, his interests focused on early music, historical instruments and historical performance practices. When in 2010 the profile of the band Capella Cracoviensis as an orchestra playing historical instruments became established, he began to expand his interests, which previously focused almost exclusively on the baroque / natural trumpet with other instruments that cover the periods from the Renaissance to late Romanticism up to the 20th century – cornetto (zink), invention trumpet, keyed trumpet, cornet, romantic trumpet. He gives concerts on these instruments as an orchestra musician and as a soloist. He collaborates with many orchestras in Poland and abroad: Caprella Cracovienis (Poland), musicAeterna (Russia), Parlement de Musique (France), Wrocław Baroque Orchestra (Poland), I Barocchisti (Switzerland), Warsaw Chamber Opera (Poland), Koelner Akademie (Germany), Orkiestra Historyczna {oh!} (Poland), Concerto Grosso (Germany), Czech Baroque Ensemble (Czech Republic) and many others.
